After hours a fax or E-Mail to us at any time will assure you of "First Call" service the next day. No one is ever kept waiting for our services.
All of our suppliers of machinery, equipment, and manufactured goods participate fully in our Warranty program.
As a Plastic Experts customer, you will have received a Product Warranty Certificate packaged with the various manuals, handbooks, etc. delivered with your equipment. The warranty affords you specific rights and includes directions that should be followed in dealing with any defects found in a product covered by the warranty. It should be kept in a safe place in case it is ever needed. If the equipment has a Factory Warranty, that documentation will be needed in order for our Expert Service personnel to assist you.
.As an additional service to our customers, Plastic Experts maintains a computerized replica of each product warranty, including transaction dates and Warranty expiration dates.
In some cases, however, the original documentation may be required if product service under a factory warranty is to be provided.
